Preferred Travel Services is a boutique travel agency with a walk-in, brick and mortar office located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, Arizona. Our agency specializes in providing upscale booking and travel experiences to our valued leisure clients and those seeking the very best for their once-in-a-lifetime special occasion. While our agency is young, having been established in 2017, we have a worldy presence with 18 other sister offices worldwide with locations including but not limited to Australia, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, and Lithuania. We are the first office in the U.S., but we most certainly will not be the last.

Our concierge services are absolutely free, and we provide free, no obligation quotes. We will help you through the entire vacation planning process from deciding when to go, where to stay, how to budget for your trip, where to eat, what tours to take, and make a customized itinerary that works specifically for you.
Even after booking, we will continually check on your reservation for you, ensuring that you receive the best special offers that are applicable to your travel dates. If extra amenities or discounts promotions are released, we will work on your behalf to ensure that you receive the best quality at the best value. Your only responsibility is getting your bags checked and your passport ready.
You will pay the same price for booking your vacation with Preferred Travel Services as you would if you booked direct through any hotel, airline, or tour operator. However, there is a large chance you will pay less booking through us, and we will provide extra value and amenities to your trip, if not more.

Little did I know that when, as a whim, I accepted a position in reservations sales for TWA over 30 years ago that it would be the beginning of a lifelong love of the road not taken. I then shared my passion for travel with students in a community college where I taught travel and tourism for many years. Family road trips took me to most of the 50 states, Canada and Mexico. It is my great fortune to have traveled to most of Central and Western Europe, the Caribbean, Turkey, Dubai, Botswana, and most recently, Argentina. I have also sailed on both ocean liners and river lines as well as barges in France. My true passion is Italy where I have sent many happy clients, but my destinations of expertise also include Austria and Greece. Let me help you discover your dreams!

I am new to the travel industry, but not inexperienced in travel. I have my BA in Business and BSE in Computer Science from ASU (go Devils!). Although my first experience on a plane was jumping out of one - when I was 19, I had the opportunity to legitimately take a plane to study abroad for a semester in London. Therein began my love for travel as I was suddenly only a train ride away from everywhere! I visited London, Dublin, Edinburgh, Paris, Amsterdam, Oslo, the list goes on. I’ve returned to visit old friends, and only plan to discover more. That’s not discounting my love for traveling domestically, as there is plenty to see and do within the states. When you leave your bubble of comfort, your safety net, it is the most eye-opening experience you could ever have in life. The perspective and experiences you gain are priceless. Travel is experiential in every aspect – the sites, the sounds, the smells, the journey there. There is something to be had being immersed in all of it.

For 12 years I had my own travel agency in Chandler, AZ under TravelationOnline.com. In June 2013 I took a break from the travel industry. A few years away from the travel business, and travel writing, made me realize how much I wanted to go back! I've been back in the biz for 2 years now, thanks to Preferred Travel Services, and know I'm where I'm supposed to be. I received my BA in Broadcast Journalism from USC Annenberg and worked as a Travel Writer with my blog, RoSaysGo, on AZ Family’s site. Although I can help you with most things travel related, my specialties are family vacations and group travel.

There is an old saying that states "find something you love and you will never work a day in your life". That is what I have been fortunate enough to do for the past thirty plus years. My passion for travel has led me to various positions in the industry from the airlines, to the corporate world, and in agencies. I've handled everything from exotic requests in Bhutan to long weekends in London. I've never met a destination that I didn't enjoy. But what really floats my boat (literally!) and what I specialize in are river cruises with personalized pre and post extensions. I have experience with all the major lines and my personal travel has provided valuable experience that I happily share with clients.
