Job Title: Inside Sales Travel Advisor (FULL TIME)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Travel Advisor to join our team.

Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while promoting and selling travel packages. Your primary goal is to provide outstanding customer service, understand the unique needs and preferences of each client, and create customized travel itineraries that exceed expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

    • Understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints to offer tailored travel solutions.

  2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling travel packages.

    • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance clients' travel experiences.

  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and relevant market information.

    • Provide expert advice on various travel options, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.

  4. Itinerary Planning:

    • Create detailed and customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and requirements.

    • Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure reservations and confirmations.

  5. Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including travel preferences, contact information, and special requests.

    • Ensure all necessary documentation, including travel insurance, is completed, and provided to clients.



  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, accommodations, and travel-related services.

  • Familiarity with reservation systems and travel booking platforms.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
